The game is an addictive turn-based empire-building with colossal, real-time battles, all set in a world of legendary heroes, giant monsters, flying creatures and storms of magical power. Apparently, most of them can’t even start the game and they are unable to play it because of this bug.

When we turn the mods of the problem still continues such as if i was to host it i would get ingame and as his loading bar gets to the end it will just say ''Total War Warhammer has stopped working'' same for when he hosts it, we both have varified the game files through steam and the problem seems to persist, my friend can play the multiplayer without mods but is unable to play with any mods however i find this extremely odd as we have played over 200+ hours useing only these mods in Coop :( the problem seems to continue being mortal empires but vortex is fine, when the game crashes it gives the error message ''Total war warhammer has stopped working'' and closes the game shortly after.Total War: WARHAMMER is now available on Steam and a lot of players are complaining about issues in the game.

Let this run, it might take some time - if there is a problem then the progress bar will say something about downloading additional files.

If you dont know how to do this just right click on the game in your installed games library, click on "Properties", in the new window that opens click on the "Local Files" tab, and then finally click on "Verify Integrity of Game Files". Im assuming you are talking about loading into a coop campaign, if you loaded into a cutsom battle does that work? Does the campaign type make a difference (so Mortal Empires crashes but Vortex works)? Also is the crash a program crash (so he/she gets dumpped on the desktop) or is it locking up and crashing the whole computer?
